Dispute Resolution in terms of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Membership Rules, 2026
Section 87 of the Securities and Exchange (Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Membership) Rules, 2026 provides for the resolution of disputes between members. The Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) recognises three (3) dispute resolution mechanisms for the resolution of disputes that affect the operations of the ZSE, which are:
(a) Conciliation;
(b) Mediation; and
(c) Arbitration.
