FAGP 20.2 Dispute Resolution in Relation to Call-Off Contract
FAGP is an abbreviation of the term Framework Agreement General Provisions. Clause FAGP 20.2 is a clause which is typically found in most Standard Bidding Documents in Zimbabwe for the procurement of services governed by the Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act [Chapter 22:23] and the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (General) Regulations, 2018.
