How much does a Power of Attorney Cost in Zimbabwe?
In terms of current Law Society of Zimbabwe General Tariff of Fees for Legal Practitioners, 2021 the cost of drafting a basic Power of Attorney (“POA”) in Zimbabwe is USD$75.00. In the event that the type of Power of Attorney to be drawn up is complex the standard fees contained in terms of the Law Society of Zimbabwe General Tariff of Fees for Legal Practitioners, 2021 may not be applicable.
