Kanokanga and Partners lawyers, Davison Kanokanga and Prince Kanokanga authored the Zimbabwe Chapter in Chambers and Partners International Global Practice Guide 2026. 

Each year Chambers & Partners publishes international rankings for leading lawyers in over 150 jurisdictions. Chambers and Partners annually publishes a series of Global Practice Guides which provide expert legal commentary on different practice areas in key jurisdictions around the world. The Contributing Editor of the Chambers International Arbitration Global Practice Guide 2026 was Gary Born.  

The Law & Practice chapter covering Zimbabwe provides a succinct overview of arbitration in Zimbabwe, covering topics such as the arbitral procedure in Zimbabwe (including the powers and duties of arbitrators), arbitral institutions and tribunals, the courts involvement in arbitration as well as the national court’s approach to arbitration.
