Withholding Examination Results Due to Unpaid School Fees
The High Court of Zimbabwe in Luphahla & Another v Headmaster, Maranatha High School &; Others 2019 (3) ZLR 368 (H) held that the withholding of examination results due to non – payment of school fees in Zimbabwe is unconstitutional. Consequently, the withholding of examination results in Zimbabwe due to non – payment of school fees is a breach of one’s constitutional rights to education.
